Milaena holds a Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition-Dietetics from the University of New Hampshire and a Master’s degree combined with a dietetic internship from Illinois State University. Beyond her academic pursuits, she is a certified Hypnotherapist, Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) coach, and Time Line Therapy Practitioner.
