Kyle Lam Sound Healing is a wellness practitioner dedicated to serving the emotional, mental and spiritual well-being of the community with sound bath meditation and holistic healing events all throughout Orange County. We work with a variety of musical instruments purely crafted in guiding participants into a deeply relaxed state, helping you to become more aware and conscious of your physical, emotional and mental state. Through sound, we develop a more intimate connection to our hearts and learn to dedicate more of our energy and time into our well-being. There is no experience required to attend our events and all are invited, regardless of your meditation experience. Our meditation classes are powerful enough to even help ease the minds of those who find it difficult to meditate on their own. We have events periodically in the following locations: Costa Mesa, Irvine, Laguna Beach, Mission Viejo, Huntington Beach, and La Habra.
